Security Hospital Shift Supervisor

The Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Security Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Allied Universal Services is currently searching for a Professional Security Shift Supervisor - Hospital Setting in Coconut Grove, FL!

* At least 2+ Years' Service in Healthcare/Medical-Related Field

* 2 yrs. or more of Security Supervisor Experience

Pay Rate: $19/hr
• Full Time Opportunity
• Night Shift: 10pm - 6am (Sunday to Thursday)
• Active Security D License and Security Experience is Required!

Role Duties Include:

* Maintain a visible and professional presence throughout the facility

* Support patient safety through rounds, incident response, and de-escalation

* Assist clinical teams during emergencies and high-stress situations

* Provide visitor screening, access control, and customer service assistance

* Complete accurate incident documentation

* Participate in physical restraints as trained and assist with deceased-patient transfers

* Uphold hospital safety protocols, patient dignity, and professionalism

Minimum Requirements:

* High school diploma/GED from an accredited school

* At least 2 years of verifiable work history

* Ability to pass a federal 10-panel drug test

* Willing to undergo TB bloodwork and vaccination review

* Professional appearance: no facial piercings, no facial or neck tattoos, natural hair color

* Ability to remain calm, confident, and reliable in stressful situations

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Ability to stand/walk for long periods and respond quickly when needed
