Responsibilities:

Presbyterian Healthcare Services (PHS) is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of healthcare positions. This role directs the employment process, including coordination of interviews, selection, and hiring, while ensuring compliance with PHS policies and affirmative action plans. You will develop recruitment and retention strategies, partner with hiring authorities, and represent PHS at local, regional, and national recruitment events.

If you thrive in a collaborative setting with changing priorities, are open to managing 50-80 open requisitions, and enjoy building relationships, this is the role for you!

This position is intended to be conducted in the state of New Mexico with on-site presence. Candidates residing within a 60-mile radius of Albuquerque, NM will follow a hybrid work schedule: remote work on Mondays and Fridays, and in-office presence required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, health, or related field required or 6 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical decision-making skills.
  • Required computer proficiency skills in MS Office applications
