Role Overview

Kodak Learning and Development is seeking a dedicated Learning Consultant with a strong commitment to fostering impactful learning within a global organization. As Kodak evolves and expands its operations worldwide, we require an experienced professional in learning and change management to join our dynamic team. The Learning Consultant will collaborate with colleagues to identify priorities, design, develop, and implement programs that advance global standards in learning and development. Key responsibilities include partnering with business units, conducting thorough analyses of training requirements, designing effective solutions, and executing learning initiatives. This global role encompasses needs assessments and the creation of learning and performance support strategies that contribute to Kodak's business objectives.

This position is part of the Global L&D team, which supports the entire Kodak enterprise. The Learning Consultant reports directly to the Director of Learning and Development.



Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with business leaders across all areas of Kodak to assess performance trends and identify gaps.
* Design, develop, and execute programs for new hires, leadership development, product launches, manufacturing processes, skills enhancement, and coaching.
* Support the creation of role-specific competency models and ongoing professional development learning paths.
* Oversee assigned learning development projects.
* Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to address performance needs and enhance global outcomes.
* Remain informed of industry's best practices in learning and apply these insights to internal initiatives.



Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications (minimum 5+ years relevant experience):
* Advanced consultative skills and experience working with executive leaders, senior-level sales and service executives.
* Strong proficiency in stakeholder relationship management.
* Expertise in monitoring and analyzing learning environments and providing actionable L&D recommendations.
* Ability to identify improvement opportunities to achieve organizational goals.
* Skill in determining and addressing stakeholder needs to facilitate their success.
* Demonstrated project management experience in both small-scale and complex integrated initiatives.
* Change management capabilities to ensure sustainable results.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver concise messaging.


Requirements:

* At least five years of experience in a learning and development capacity.
* Proficiency with instructional design software (e.g., Articulate 360, Camtasia, video editing tools).
* Experience with learning management systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred).
* Background in developing certification programs for diverse roles within Kodak.
* Extensive expertise (5+ years) in:
* Adult learning principles
* Evaluation methodologies
* Needs assessment procedures
* Designing multi-modal learning programs
* Presenting and facilitating sessions for executive leaders and field teams
* Effective facilitation of both virtual and in-person instruction
* Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce (preferred).
* Knowledge of the printing industry (preferred).
* Exposure to a broad range of roles including executives, sales specialists, inside sales, product specialists, solution architects, strategic account managers, field service technicians, R&D professionals, and product management.
* Advanced digital skills; proficiency with MS Office Suite.
* Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
