Overview We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in customizing ServiceNow applications, integrating with external systems, and ensuring best practices in configuration and development. Key Responsibilities * Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform. * Configure ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, IRM, SPM,CSM, or others as required. * Develop and maintain UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and data policies. * Implement Service Portal components and enhance user experience. * Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs. * Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality assurance. * Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes. * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and apply upgrades as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications * 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer. * Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS. * Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes). * Familiarity with ServiceNow APIs and integration methods. * Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. * ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or System Administrator certification preferred. * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Nice-to-Have * Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Scoped Applications. * Knowledge of Performance Analytics and Reporting. * Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
