As a Security Guard - Full-Time Patrol Driver Financial in Columbia, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will monitor assigned areas and conduct regular patrols to help deter security-related incidents. This unarmed, driving post requires you to navigate the location, remain visible, and provide outstanding customer service to everyone you encounter. You will also have the opportunity to use technology and support access control efforts. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, both inside and outside, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities, hazards, or conditions promptly to the appropriate personnel.
• Interact in a professional manner with staff, visitors, and/or clients at the location, offering assistance as needed while upholding Allied Universal standards.
• Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by location policies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs or reports of patrols, incidents, and/or any other security-related activities.
• Remain alert and attentive throughout the shift, adapting to changing environments and conditions as needed by the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
