Keys to Success:
Lead with purpose: Serve as the primary liaison for major project sponsors, guiding them through permitting, grants, and other processes. Drive results: Track progress, anticipate roadblocks, and creatively solve problems to keep projects moving forward. Collaborate across government: Work closely with OTO teammates and agency partners to deliver timely, coordinated support. Shape the future: Contribute to Commonwealth-wide initiatives that make Pennsylvania's government more responsive, efficient, and business-friendly.

- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Given the always-on nature of the Governor's Office, work outside of standard business days/hours is expected, when needed.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Applicants must have four years working in project management, real estate development, finance, engineering, consulting or related fields, with some working knowledge of the Commonwealth's permitting, licensing, and grant programs and processes.
Additional Requirements:
- You must have experience with relationship-building and effective communication.
- You must have experience with managing multiple projects and work streams at once.
- You must have experience with reading, writing, and researching business and policy trends in economic development.
- You must have experience attending meetings in-person or virtually with both internal and external stakeholders.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
- Private sector experience in project management, real estate development, finance, engineering, or consulting.

- You must pass a background investigation.
