Senior Metal Bellows designs and manufactures mission-critical components for the Aerospace, Defense, Medical, and Energy sectors, and we're looking for the right Engineering Manager to lead our New Product Introduction (NPI) team. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Engineering Manager for NPI provides both strategic and hands-on leadership to a cross-functional team of Design, Project, and Manufacturing Engineers responsible for launching new products and accelerating process innovation. You will lead the full technical execution of new product development, guiding projects from concept and design through prototyping, validation, and production release with the support of a high-performing engineering team. We are looking for a hands-on leader and change agent with strong technical depth, clear communication, and collaborative problem-solving skills who develops people, strengthens cross-functional partnerships, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement and engineering rigor.
