We are seeking a motivated Intelligent Process Automation Software Engineer to join our IT Applications team in Snoqualmie, WA. In this hands-on role, you will design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that bridge legacy systems and modern SaaS platforms to streamline business operations and enhance efficiency. As a key member of our team, you will leverage traditional automation tools and AI-driven technologies to transform business processes. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational challenges, apply automation best practices, and deliver innovative solutions that meet functional, performance, and cybersecurity requirements. This position requires a comprehensive systems approach to automation, technical expertise across multiple platforms, and a passion for digital transformation. You will work with various automation technologies, scripting languages, and cloud platforms while participating in all phases of the development lifecycle-from architecture and design through deployment and testing. This position is HYBRID based in Snoqualmie, Washington, with the expectation of working onsite 3+ days per week. The ideal candidate will live locally, as Spacelabs is not offering relocation assistance for this role. Responsibilities
