As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff at a premier hotel and resort location. You will conduct routine patrols throughout the property, remain highly visible to provide reassurance, and respond professionally to situations as they arise. What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel premises and surrounding areas to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disturbances.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, maintenance needs, or unusual activity according to site policies.
• Collaborate with hotel staff and guests to address concerns and provide assistance as needed.
• Support Allied Universal management and other team members in upholding a secure and welcoming environment for all guests and employees.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
