As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic tech and media location, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a strong presence throughout the premises. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to support a secure environment, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to everyone onsite. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following company and location procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and monitor for security-related concerns. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal management and on-site personnel to report observations, incidents, and/or concerns.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying identification, and addressing unauthorized access attempts as outlined by site-specific policies.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and/or activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.
• Remain alert and observant to security-related risks and respond appropriately to changing situations throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
