What You'll Do:

• Serve as the initial point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors at the front desk, assisting with access control and visitor management procedures in a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor entrance and exit activity and report any security-related concerns or unusual behavior to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow site-specific policies and procedures, including those related to identification checks and package inspection, to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and coordinate with Allied Universal management as needed.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with directions or information related to the site.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and visitor logs as required by the location's protocols.
• Support emergency response activities by following established protocols and communicating promptly with designated contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
