The Office Clerk plays a vital role in keeping our operation running smoothly. This full-time position supports the General Manager, Sales Manager, and Area Managers while handling customer service, contract administration, invoicing, and office logistics.

Admiral Beverage Corporation is a leading distributor of beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages across the Rocky Mountain region. Our Great Falls team is growing, and we're looking for a detail-oriented, organized professional to join our administrative team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with GM, SM, and Area Managers to create, review, and finalize customer contracts * Analyze contracts, process rebates, and manage related payments * Handle incoming customer calls, resolve service issues, and coordinate solutions in the market * Run and distribute invoices accurately and on time * Cross-train with Cashier and Accounts Receivable Clerk to provide backup support * Answer phones and serve as a professional first point of contact * Order uniforms for all employees * Manage office supply procurement and maintain appropriate stock levels * Track, order, and maintain inventory records for all company equipment Qualifications * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accurate typing skills * Proven ability to stay organized while juggling multiple priorities and moving parts * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Previous administrative, customer service, or accounting experience preferred * High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus * Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen What We Offer * Competitive hourly wage * Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match) * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for growth within a stable, family-oriented company
