We are partnering with a globally recognized leader known for pushing the boundaries of innovation and delivering exceptional experiences. This organization is at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge technology to enhance creative output and revolutionize content production. Join a dynamic team where your expertise will directly contribute to shaping the future of digital content, impacting millions worldwide through groundbreaking design and advanced AI systems.

Are you a visionary who thrives at the intersection of design and artificial intelligence? We are seeking an exceptional AI Model Architect and Creative Developer to join a pivotal team focused on content design. In this role, you will be instrumental in architecting sophisticated AI workflows and multi-agent systems, blending meticulous design execution with advanced AI/ML systems thinking. You'll accelerate high-quality content production initiatives, ensuring precision, scalability, and brand integrity. If you're passionate about optimizing creative processes through rigorous documentation, testing, and innovative AI safeguards, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.

**What You'll Do:**

* **Architect Agentic AI Solutions:** Design and implement cutting-edge agentic and multi-agent patterns, including planner-critic-actor models, robust tool-use/function calling, memory/knowledge systems, and critical safety/approval gates.

* **Integrate and Innovate:** Seamlessly integrate with existing internal models and APIs, defining clear contracts, guardrails, and observability for secure and efficient deployment.

* **Build Grounding Pipelines:** Develop retrieval and grounding (RAG) pipelines leveraging internal knowledge bases, templates, and brand/style guidelines to ensure contextual accuracy and consistency.

* **Drive Creative Production:** Adapt high-quality internal templates and design systems, translating complex creative briefs into scalable, AI-assisted workflows that empower content creators.

* **Develop Assistive Agents:** Create intelligent agents that propose on-brand copy, imagery, and UI microcopy, staging actions for human review and approval to maintain creative control.

* **Optimize Workflows:** Establish prompt libraries, evaluation datasets, and reusable tool flows for common content tasks, continuously refining processes and ensuring quality assurance through tool testing and process refinement.

* **Implement Quality & Safety Measures:** Deploy evaluation harnesses for quality, safety, bias, and compliance, conduct A/B tests, and automate regression checks.

* **Ensure Production Reliability:** Establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs), retries, and idempotency for production pipelines, monitoring usage, latency, and success rates to maintain peak performance.

* **Document and Enable:** Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including style guides, model/agent specifications, workflows, and technical overviews.

* **Facilitate Collaboration:** Run playbooks for designer-in-the-loop reviews, defining clear approval criteria and rollback/compensation steps, while training and supporting creative and engineering partners.

* **Champion Compliance:** Embed privacy-by-design, accessibility, and safety policies, enforcing least-privilege access and content guardrails in partnership with legal, policy, and security teams to ensure responsible AI usage and auditability.

* **Foster Cross-Functional Synergy:** Collaborate fluidly with designers, writers, producers, engineers, data scientists, and program managers, translating creative needs into technical specifications and technical constraints into creative options.

**What You'll Bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Proven experience as a Production Designer (or equivalent) with a compelling portfolio showcasing detail-oriented design across digital and product landscapes.

* Demonstrated expertise in architecting AI solutions, including agentic/multi-agent workflows, prompt engineering, tool/function calling, and structured outputs.

* Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative models (text/vision/audio), retrieval/grounding techniques, and robust evaluation methodologies.

* Strong graphic design skills, including visual communication, typography, and layout, with mastery of advanced image manipulation and retouching techniques.

* Meticulous approach to file preparation, asset management, adherence to specifications, and quality control for large-scale content operations.

* Proficiency in scripting for workflow automation (e.g., Python), with familiarity in other relevant programming languages a plus.

* Exceptional ability to create and maintain clear documentation (style guides, standard operating procedures, technical overviews) and to drive quality assurance and testing of assets, templates, and tools.

* Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with a proven track record of successful partnerships across both creative and technical teams.

* Strong problem-solving abilities, systems thinking, and meticulous attention to detail, comfortable with debugging complex pipelines.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience integrating and optimizing against internal model endpoints and data sources, coupled with familiarity in privacy, security, and compliance best practices.

* Knowledge of agent orchestration frameworks and components, such as planners/critics, vector stores, embeddings, evaluators, and observability tools.

* Experience developing automation scripts or custom tools to enhance design workflows, demonstrating the ability to architect and develop agentic AI at scale.

* Proficiency in design tools and familiarity with UI/UX principles, with the ability to prototype in context and present solutions effectively to creative teams and stakeholders.

* Basic understanding of front-end development or creative coding tools relevant to prototyping.

* Exposure to generative AI for media (image/video/audio), automatic speech recognition/text-to-speech (ASR/TTS), and media asset pipelines; comfort with A/B testing and experimentation platforms.

* Understanding of accessibility standards and localization/transcreation workflows.

This role is hands-on and production-oriented, focusing on building safe, on-brand, and scalable AI systems that significantly accelerate creative output. You will be comfortable working with internal tools and models, as well as external services, always adhering to stringent privacy, security, and brand guidelines.
