OVERVIEW The Payroll Associate will independently handle a wide range of administrative and payroll related tasks with little supervision, must be exceedingly well organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a site-wide team of diverse people and programs. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and computer skills with the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This role also requires the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations while being proactive, resourceful, and efficient and maintaining a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in dealing with sensitive information.
