What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following site-specific security-related procedures and policies, including responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Carry out security-related tasks required by site management, adapting to the financial institution environment.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with staff, visitors, and/or customers while performing assigned duties.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities, hazards, or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
• Support Allied Universal's mission by upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity during all interactions at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
