Position Summary:

We are looking for an innovative and strategic Social Media Manager- Paid and Organic Social Marketing, Medical Nutrition to elevate our Medical Nutrition portfolio, featuring brands like Compleat, Peptamen, Alfamino, and Extensive HA. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead both paid and organic social media initiatives, crafting compelling full-funnel content marketing strategies that seamlessly blend performance media, influencer partnerships, and impactful brand storytelling. Your efforts will not only engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) and consumers but also significantly enhance brand visibility and drive meaningful connections, ultimately contributing to improved health outcomes and the growth of our organization.

This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate's geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, New Jersey/Tri-State area, Chicago, Illinois, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and/or within the Long Island, New York areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid and organic social strategies across Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Substack, and emerging platforms
  • Partner with performance media teams to optimize paid campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversion
  • Build and manage content calendars in collaboration with brand and agency teams
  • Coordinate with influencer and ambassador teams to amplify social campaigns
  • Analyze performance metrics and apply insights to improve creative and targeting
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, regulatory standards, and audience needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, eCommerce, Digital, and analytics teams to support integrated marketing efforts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong background in both organic and paid social media
  • Proven success managing multi-platform campaigns and driving measurable results
  • Tool Proficiency: Experienced with Sprout Social, GRIN, and Sprinklr for effective social media management and analytics
  • Deep knowledge of social networks such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and others
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Proven ability to convert data into actionable insights using digital tools, with a strong grasp of emerging digital trends relevant to an insight-driven workplace

  • Project Management: Effective project management skills to oversee tasks and timelines
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve shared goals and enhance project outcomes
  • Independence: Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines consistently

The approximate pay range for this position is $95,000- $110,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
