About the Role

The In-Office Chef & Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for enhancing the daily office experience by leading Crowe's in-house culinary program and overseeing key facilities operations. This position combines creativity in the kitchen with an eye for operational detail, supporting a workplace that inspires productivity and connection.

What You'll Do

Culinary Operations

  • Develop and execute daily menus for breakfast and lunch that are nutritious, seasonal, and inclusive of diverse dietary needs.

  • Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including ingredient sourcing, vendor relations, inventory, and food safety compliance.

  • Maintain a clean, efficient, and well-organized kitchen and dining area.

  • Provide catering support for internal meetings, client events, and company gatherings.

  • Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of all kitchen equipment.

  • Promote sustainability through thoughtful sourcing and waste reduction practices.

Facilities Coordination

  • Oversee the inventory, ordering, and organization of office supplies and consumables in line with budgets.

  • Serve as a point of contact for building management and external vendors for maintenance and service needs.

  • Monitor and support general office functionality, including shared space cleanliness and organization.

  • Serve as the local safety coordinator and emergency responder.

  • Assist with minor maintenance, vendor coordination, and special facilities projects as needed.

  • Coordinate meetings from planning through execution, including logistics, tech setup, and on-site support during the meeting.

  • Provide on-site support for events through a coordinated effort with the Marketing team.

  • Support and execute space planning, office improvements, and compliance inspections.

  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and productive office environment for all employees.

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a corporate, hospitality, or high-end kitchen environment.

  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred.

  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

  • Experience in facilities coordination or office management is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Workday, or other relevant platforms.

  • Excellent communication, reliability, and service orientation.

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (ServSafe certification preferred).

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $21.75 - $44.50 per hour.
