We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Practice Manager to lead our high-performing Gastroenterology office. As Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of trust, growth, and operational efficiency-ensuring both staff and patients feel valued and cared for every step of the way.

This role is based in our Biddeford office. With anticipated future growth and expansion this leader will also support a 2nd office location located in Southern Maine. This role is normally scheduled Monday - Friday (8:00 - 4:30).

Summary:
The Manager - Practice Operations role is responsible for supervising both clinical and administrative staff and coordinating the daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow and optimum productivity while maintaining patient, staff and physician satisfaction.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Two or more years' management/supervisory experience preferred. Hospital/outpatient clinic management preferred. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of surgical systems and/or have experience in procedural type clinic or practice.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Knowledge of financials including AP and AR
