Description MaineHealth CorporateProfessional - Clinical Position Summary The Clinic-Based Pharmacist for Cystic Fibrosis will provide direct patient care in both adult and pediatric CF clinics atMaineHealth. This role is designed to support high-quality, collaborative care through medication management, patient education, and interdisciplinary coordination. The pharmacist will work closely with providers, nurses,nutrition, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, social work, and other team membersto optimize therapy and improve outcomes for patients withcystic fibrosis.They will spend 2-3 days per week in clinic providing direct patient care with the other days spent managing clinical tasks in the pharmacy call-center.This position is supported by "The Green Pod" comprised of the transplant pharmacists and a technician who are trained to cross-cover both cystic fibrosis and transplant patient needs.
