Summary The Senior Project Manager provides strategic leadership and direction for the successful delivery of mining study projects, ensuring alignment with Worley's policies, client expectations, and contractual commitments. This role manages all phases of project execution-from early conceptual studies to detailed feasibility-while ensuring technical excellence, safety, and financial performance. With deep knowledge of mining project delivery, the Senior Project Manager drives study quality, fosters strong client relationships, and builds high-performing multidisciplinary teams. This role plays a key part in advancing Worley's Mining, Minerals & Metals (MMM) business by delivering value-driven solutions and enhancing early-phase project development capabilities. Purpose To lead complex and high-impact projects that support client and business objectives across the mining, minerals, and metals sectors. The Senior Project Manager oversees small to medium projects-or components of large and mega projects-with moderate to high risk, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, technical standards, and stakeholder expectations.
