About The Role & Team We're looking for a Growth Marketer with experience in monetization to join Amplitude to support the execution of our free-to-paid and product-led sales programs across the startup, SMB, and Enterprise market segments. The ideal candidate would have a passion for and background in product-led growth monetization, a strong analytical approach, and will have no problem rolling up their sleeves to execute programs that help fuel the rapid growth of great products with strong product-market fit. Reporting to the Director of Lifecycle Marketing, this role will be highly collaborative and cross-functional, working closely with the Growth Marketing monetization lead, Growth Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and Operations to deliver exceptional user experiences, Product-Led Sales programs, and Product Campaigns. There will be clear measures of success for the person in this role: self-serve revenue and sales pipeline (initial land and expansion). As a Growth Marketing Specialist, Monetization, you will:

New York City salary range: $116,000 - $174,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission) Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in San Francisco Bay Area of California. Salary range: $116,000 - $174,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission) Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in California outside of the San Francisco Bay Area.
