Where you will work:

• This is an on-site role based in Astound's ATVN Studio in Bath, PA.
• The individual must have the ability to travel into the field as needed.
• The individual must be based within a 60-mile commuting distance to Astound's ATVN Studio in Bath, PA.

A Day in the Life of the Production Assistant:

• Camera set up and operation, audio mixing, lighting assistance, graphic design and implementation, technical directing, video shading, and grip.
• Utilizing production vehicles to transport staff and equipment to production sites from the Astound Studio.
• Complete nonlinear editing utilizing AVID and Final Cut Pro.
• Manage single camera operations for ENG shoots.
• Schedule programming for Astound through Automation and Master Control.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience in video production desired.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive production trucks.
• Knowledge of team sports (football, baseball, basketball, wrestling, soccer, etc.) preferred.

Education and Certifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Base Salary: The base salary range in Pennsylvania for this position is $15.00 - $25.50 per hour, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission, if applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities. It is specific to Pennsylvania and may not be applicable to other locations.
