As a Loan Servicing Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting our members by ensuring accurate and timely servicing of consumer loans. This hybrid position offers flexibility and the chance to work with a team that values precision, problem-solving, and member care.

* Experience in loan servicing, payment processing, or related financial operations.

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Ability to communicate clearly and provide exceptional member service.

* Problem-solving mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

* Comfort working in a hybrid environment and adapting to technology tools.

* Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.

* Ability to lift and/or move 20 pounds

* Ability to use interactive headset to communicate

* Member Focus - Deliver exceptional service and support throughout the loan servicing process.

* Collaboration - Work effectively with teammates and other departments to resolve issues quickly.

* Accountability - Ensure accuracy and compliance in all servicing tasks and member interactions.

* Adaptability - Adjust to changing priorities and processes in a dynamic environment.
