Join Our Mission
The Secure Detention Supervisor assists administration with the overall operations of the facility and performs related tasks as required. Responsible for the implementation and oversight of daily programming and scheduling. Coordinates and implements orientation, training, and supervision of Supervising Detention Counselors and all subordinate staff. Secure Detention Supervisors may be assigned on a rotating shift basis and on alternating work schedules including weekends and holidays as needed. Primary responsibility involves overall program supervision, and at times functioning in the capacity of facility administrator.Performs related work as required. Description
