What you will do:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Tax Accounting Manager to join our global finance team. This role is responsible for managing the company's tax accounting and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and global tax regulations. You'll collaborate across departments and regions to support accurate financial reporting and strategic tax planning.

How you will do it:
  • Lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual tax provisions under ASC 740.

  • Manage global tax reporting processes and coordinate with regional tax teams and external advisors.

  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of income taxes in financial statements and SEC filings.

  • Support internal and external audits related to tax accounting matters.

  • Analyze tax impacts of business transactions and provide guidance to finance and business units.

  • Collaborate with corporate finance, legal, and treasury teams on cross-functional initiatives.

  • Monitor changes in tax laws and accounting standards, assessing their impact on the company.

  • Drive process improvements and automation in tax reporting and compliance.

  • Maintain strong internal controls and ensure SOX compliance for tax-related processes.

What we look for:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or Master's in Tax preferred.

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in tax accounting, preferably in a multinational corporation or Big Four firm.

  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, ASC 740, and international tax principles.

  • High competency with Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred
  • Familiarity with tax compliance in multiple jurisdictions

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and mentor junior staff

  • Hands-on experience with OneStream for financial consolidation and reporting

  • Proficiency in OneSource Tax Provision for tax provision and compliance processes

This is a hybrid position at our Glendale, WI office.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $103,00 - $150,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
