Security Professional - Mall Patrol Driver

As a Security Professional - Mall Patrol Driver in Denver, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal in a retail and mall setting, you will actively monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment for all visitors. Your presence and engagement with the public will be vital to delivering exceptional customer service and building positive interactions. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding appropriately when needed, including during emergencies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and help maintain a welcoming environment.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or unusual occurrences to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist customers and employees with directions, information, and/or security-related concerns.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted behavior within the retail or mall environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
