As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and promote a welcoming atmosphere at a residential location. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and providing excellent customer service to residents and visitors. By supporting access control and responding to security-related situations, you will play a key role in fostering a secure environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report any unusual circumstances.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or property damage encountered during patrols to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with property management and/or local authorities as directed regarding incidents occurring on the premises.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
• Assist residents and visitors with inquiries or directions to enhance the overall experience at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with handcuffs, pepper spray, and/or baton is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
