Your Opportunity:
Venture Solutions, Inc. is seeking a 1st Shift Digital Print Operator to join our team in Arden Hills, Minnesota.
We will train the right candidate!

Your Responsibilities:
* Operate digital printing devices such as Canon continuous printers and cut sheet printers
* Review job orders to determine quantities, paper type, colors, and any special customer instructions
* Collect and inspect random samples during print runs to ensure quality and accuracy
* Identify and complete orders of all sizes and priority levels
* Run multiple machines simultaneously in a fast-paced production environment
* Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting on equipment
* Maintain adequate supplies and prepare materials for upcoming jobs
* Load and unload paper stock and set up print files
* Complete all job documentation accurately
* Maintain a safe, organized work area and comply with all ISO 9001 quality standards

Your Shift:
Monday - Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

You Must Have:
* High school diploma or GED
* 1+ year of digital print experience (Canon Ink Jet Color Stream, Canon Digital Sheet Press, or Xerox Digital Press preferred)
* Basic computer skills (open, close, and print files)
* Strong attention to detail and quality standards
* Basic measuring and math skills; ability to read a ruler and other measurement tools
* Clear communication skills and the ability to follow job tickets and instructions
* Team player with a reliable, self-motivated work style
* Ability to stand for an entire shift and occasionally lift up to 70 lbs
* Flexibility to work overtime or weekends when needed

Requirements within this position:
* Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
* Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
* Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
* Frequently required to move inside the facility
* Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

We Would Also Prefer:
* Experience in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment
* Willingness to learn new technology and grow within the company

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $18-19. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
