Job Title: Program Manager - III

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)


Job Summary:

We're seeking a strategic and self-directed Contract Program Manager to join our Corporate Resiliency team. This role supports the Head of Corporate Resiliency in executing and managing key initiatives across Business Impact Assessments (BIAs), Business Process Risk Ratings, and Disaster Recovery (DR) planning. You'll play a critical role in driving operational resilience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and track daily program activities and deliverables.
  • Lead scheduling, data collection, documentation, and reporting for BIAs.
  • Support process risk ratings and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to plan, test, and track DR activities.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and documentation.
  • Manage stakeholder communications, scheduling, and follow-ups.


Tools & Systems:


  • Microsoft Office Suite.




Required Skills & Experience:


  • 5 years in program/project management, business continuity, or operational risk.
  • Experience in risk management focused on resiliency practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate independently with strategic objectives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • PMP, CBCP, or related certifications.
  • Experience in business continuity or disaster recovery planning.




Required Soft Skills:


  • Self-starter who thrives with minimal direction.
  • Strategic thinker who focuses on objectives over tactics.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
