As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will be the first point of contact, welcoming and assisting visitors, staff, and patients. Your responsibilities will include monitoring access to the premises, responding promptly to security-related incidents, and providing friendly, professional customer service. You will help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence and communicating clearly with all individuals. Pay Rate: $20.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the front desk of a healthcare location.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials and registering visitors, helping to deter unauthorized entry.
• Remain alert to incidents and respond to critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Communicate professionally with all individuals entering or exiting the premises, maintaining a welcoming and secure environment.
• Document and report any irregularities, unusual activity, or security-related incidents according to site procedures.
• Support emergency response activities as appropriate, assisting with evacuations or other actions as directed by site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
