Supplier Management Analyst II

• Enter supplier data in supplier databases.
• Maintain database by entering new and updated supplier and account information.
• Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
• Establish entry priorities.
• Process supplier and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
• Maintain database accuracy through reporting.
• Work with finance and treasury teams on data validation.
• Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
• Actively pursue operational improvements to increase customer support.
• Effectively present information and respond to questions from various individuals, groups, and managers.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the area of data entry and analysis.
• Prefer BS/BA.
• Ability to manage concurrent tasks through effective organization and time management.
• Actively pursue operational improvements to increase customer support.
• Ability to manage data and transactions accurately in several different programs.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Detail-oriented person.
• Organized person.
• Friendly and timely customer relation skills.
• Exhibits a high level of integrity.
• Possesses a can-do and positive approach to their work.
