This role is responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating trainings, workshops, and programs that promote resilience, psychological health & safety, and overall mental and emotional health for individuals and groups in various workplace settings. Type of Opportunity: Full timeFTE: 1Job Exempt: YesWork Shift: Days (United States of America)Job Description: Program Manager-Mental and Emotional Health-ABQQualifications: *Masters degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field from an accredited program (resulting in being licensed or license-eligible).*Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience developing and leading programs in mental health, employee well-being, or learning and development. *Proven experience facilitating workshops and trainings with diverse groups. *Strong understanding of evidence-based practices in mental and emotional health. *Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills. AAbility to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. *Experience working in healthcare, corporate well-being, or for-profit settings. Preferred Qualifications *Doctorate in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field preferred. *Certifications in supplemental mental healthArelated training (e.g., Mental Health First Aid, mindfulness-based stress reduction, etc.). *Demonstrated ability to apply trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches.
