The Project Coordinator worksin tandem with the Project Managementmembersto support the completion of existing and new projects by aiding in managingofthe day-to-day operational and administrative tasks. This position will collaborate on various aspects of the Project Management process including, but not limited to, creating and managing project documentation/timelines, coordinating shipments and communicating with project stakeholders including clients. Thisroleisideallysuited forsomeonewithpharmaceuticalindustry experience looking to transition into Project Managementposition.This position will also support on-site client visits, as required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
o Coordination of sample and product shipments. o Organizing existing customer information. o Planning and implementation of projects and project plans. o Purchasing and billing activities. o Administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, etc. o Documenting project phases and creating summary reports.
