Your duties will include monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, conducting patrols, and providing excellent customer service with clear communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as required.
• Monitor and control access to the property, verifying identification, credentials, and authorization for individuals entering or exiting the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel when necessary.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Maintain detailed records and logs of activities, incidents, and access control events as required by Allied Universal and client procedures.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and employees to provide information and assistance related to access and security-related matters.
• Collaborate with site management and Allied Universal team members to address concerns and uphold site-specific protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
