Job Title: Practice Coordinator

Location(s): San Francisco, CA

Job Description:

The Practice Coordinator will primarily support the Orthopaedic Institute's call center operations, assisting patients and clinical staff with scheduling, inquiries, and related administrative needs.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls (approximately 400 per day across the team).
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional, patient-focused demeanor.
  • Coordinate patient scheduling, appointments, and follow-up calls.
  • Maintain organization and accuracy in all administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate effectively with clinic staff to ensure smooth operations.



Qualifications:

  • Prior call center or customer service experience preferred (no minimum years required).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open to candidates without APeX training (training will be provided).



Additional Information:

  • Campus: Single-site assignment (no rotation between campuses).
  • Temp-to-perm: Possible conversion to permanent role based on performance and business needs.
