As Director of BizOps and Planning, Professional Services, you will report to the Sr. Director of PS&T for Snowflake. You will serve as the strategic backbone of the PS organization-driving operational excellence, fiscal discipline, and scalable growth. You'll lead planning cycles, capacity modeling, and organizational design while acting as a key liaison across Finance, HR, Resource Management, Field Operations and Compensation. This role blends analytical rigor with cross-functional influence to ensure PS is aligned, resourced, and ready to deliver. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Strategic Planning & Analysis
