Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support content management, cross-channel alignment, and digital marketing execution. Based in San Francisco, CA, this position may be performed remotely if needed. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with creative, regional, and cross-functional teams to manage content launches, ensure message consistency across channels, and optimize site performance through continuous analysis and quality assurance. This role requires strong organizational skills, independence, and a data-driven mindset to ensure flawless execution and alignment with marketing goals.

Job Responsibilities




  • Manage and execute content updates across web and blog platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of assets



  • Collaborate with Creative, California regional teams, and cross-functional partners to coordinate content handoffs and launches



  • Build, schedule, and quality-assure (QA) site and blog content using the content management system (CMS)



  • Partner with marketing teams (app, site, email, and demand generation) to maintain message consistency and alignment across all digital channels



  • Oversee the end-to-end CMS content upload process for site assets, product and landing pages (PLP/PDP), and editorial/blog content



  • Analyze content performance using analytics tools such as Tableau and Adobe Analytics, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations



  • Continuously monitor and troubleshoot site content performance, coordinating with technical teams to address and resolve issues



  • Conduct ongoing QA reviews to ensure flawless content execution and user experience



  • Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to documentation of workflows and best practices




Job Requirements




  • Strong ability to manage and execute multiple content and marketing projects with minimal supervision



  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high content accuracy and quality standards



  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with digital asset management workflows



  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Adobe Analytics, or Google Analytics)



  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams



  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment



  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities




Education




  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred




Work Experience




  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital content management, or related roles



  • Experience working with CMS platforms, digital campaigns, and marketing analytics preferred




Additional Job Details




  • Location: San Francisco, CA (remote work option available)



  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours
