Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Partner to join our global HR team. The Talent Partner will play a key role in executing end-to-end talent acquisition and advancement strategies within the assigned cluster or hub. This position requires a strategic thinker who can balance operational excellence with relationship building, providing high-quality recruiting support while also driving initiatives that support internal mobility, succession planning, and workforce development. The ideal candidate brings deep recruitment expertise, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and functions in a complex global organization.

Job Responsibilities

Business and Talent Strategy




  • Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and line managers to align talent strategies with short-, mid-, and long-term business goals



  • Deliver talent processes that implement global talent strategies across the cluster or hub



  • Provide feedback and local market insights to Talent Leads to inform future programs and initiatives



  • Identify, attract, and engage both internal and external talent to meet current and future business needs




Talent Advancement




  • Actively promote internal career growth and mobility by identifying and advocating for internal candidates



  • Facilitate internal searches, assess potential internal talent, and coordinate discussions with hiring managers



  • Support HRBPs and leaders in identifying employee career and development opportunities



  • Conduct assessments for selection and development and provide coaching and feedback



  • Contribute to the design and execution of local advancement initiatives and share best practices across the organization




Talent Acquisition




  • Lead full-cycle recruiting activities from role briefing and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding



  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and determine sourcing strategies



  • Conduct searches across internal and external talent pools to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates



  • Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and assessments in alignment with organizational standards



  • Use data-driven insights to guide hiring decisions and manage stakeholder expectations



  • Partner with Global Business Services (GBS) to ensure smooth coordination of administrative and logistical recruitment activities



  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience and timely communication throughout the process




Local Talent Expertise and Process Improvement




  • Serve as a local talent expert, providing insights on talent availability, market trends, and competitive intelligence



  • Recommend process and system improvements to enhance the talent function's efficiency and effectiveness



  • Contribute to the design and implementation of new talent tools and processes, supporting system upgrades and process changes



  • Participate actively in global Talent Acquisition and Advancement communities, sharing local best practices




Compliance and Data Management




  • Ensure compliance with all local employment laws, company HR policies, GDPR, and data privacy standards



  • Support accurate and timely reporting on recruitment metrics, pipeline activity, and other talent analytics




Job Requirements




  • Bachelor's or Master's degree required



  • Minimum of 5 years of professional HR or recruitment experience in a high-performing global organization, RPO, or similar environment



  • Proven full-cycle recruiting experience including job briefing, sourcing, candidate development, and offer negotiation



  • Experience with Workday strongly preferred



  • Strong understanding of global talent acquisition and advancement trends



  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement initiatives



  • Exceptional communication, consulting, and influencing skills across all organizational levels



  • Experience working across diverse cultures and multi-functional teams



  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills



  • Self-driven, resilient, and adaptable to change, with a collaborative and inclusive mindset




Preferred Skills




  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect business goals to talent solutions



  • Expertise in leveraging digital platforms and social media for recruitment



  • Coaching and talent development experience



  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making



  • Excellent English language proficiency (additional languages a plus)




Education




  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required




Work Experience




  • At least 5 years of HR or recruiting experience within a global organization or RPO environment



  • Demonstrated success in full lifecycle recruiting and talent advancement initiatives
