Introduction

The Adobe Design UX Content Strategy team - a group of UX writing specialists - is looking for a creative, hands-on senior UX content strategist to join the Monetization Platform Design team, with a focus on Acquisition.

Our mission is to empower customers to make confident, informed decisions through smooth, intuitive, and best-in-class commerce experiences. You'll help shape the content ecosystem that supports those experiences - designing clear, connected information flows that guide users from first touch to purchase. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with designers, researchers, and product partners to define how language, structure, and interaction come together to drive conversion and customer trust.

What you'll do

  • Design and own the content experience for acquisition journeys - from first touch to conversion, across web and mobile.

  • Map user journeys and organize information to guide users through smooth onboarding and purchasing experiences.

  • Leverage research, performance metrics, and user feedback to inform content decisions and optimize for conversion.

  • Collaborate with designers, researchers, and engineers to create cohesive, accessible, and inclusive experiences.

  • Develop frameworks, guidelines, glossaries, and processes to systematize content across the Monetization Platform.

  • Clarify and refine language within screens and flows, ensuring clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.

  • Apply progressive disclosure principles to minimize friction and help users make confident choices.

  • Champion accessibility and inclusivity in all content and information architecture decisions.

  • Present and advocate for your ideas with cross-functional partners, building alignment around content design best practices.

What you'll bring to the team

  • 5+ years of experience in content design or related roles (not content strategy or marketing copywriting).

  • Expertise in information architecture, user journey mapping, and content frameworks for digital products.

  • Exceptional writing and communication skills - able to adapt voice and style for diverse audiences.

  • Systems-thinking approach to content design, with experience standardizing terminology and interface language.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Experience with compliance, legal, and globalization considerations in content development.

  • Portfolio showcasing systems-thinking, acquisition-focused content design, and measurable impact.

  • Experience designing and delivering content in Figma.

How to apply

To be considered for this role, please submit your resume and portfolio. We'd love to see examples of:

  • Acquisition-focused user journeys and information architecture.

  • Collaboration across complex organizations or product areas.

  • Clear examples of how your work improved team effectiveness, user experience, or business outcomes.
