Torch Technologies is seeking a Mid-Level Kubernetes Administrator to support and maintain our Kubernetes clusters. You will help manage cluster operations, ensure security and performance, and assist developers with efficient workflows. As a Mid-Level Kubernetes Administrator, your duties will include but are not limited to the following: Manage Kubernetes clusters: setup, upgrades, scaling, and troubleshooting. Implement RBAC and security best practices. Optimize workload scheduling and cluster performance. Assist in building and maintaining cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, networking, IAM, monitoring). Support internal developer tooling and workflows. Integrate monitoring, logging, and security into Kubernetes platforms. Required Qualifications: US Citizenship. Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred) in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience Minimum 5+ years in platform, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering. Clearance Requirements: Active or eligible for DoD Security Clearance. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration (EKS, AKS, or GKE). Familiarity with Helm, Operators, and CNI plugins. Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, and storage. Basic experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible). Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling (ArgoCD, Helm charts). Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
