Product Manager, Consultant

Your Role

The Platform Strategy & Operations team is responsible for enabling, managing, and scaling Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) as a core enterprise engagement platform. The Product Manager, Consultant will report to the Senior Manager, Engagement Platform Operations. In this role you will manage and own the SFMC platform, driving its roadmap, adoption, and measurable business value across the enterprise. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, technical architects, and operations teams to ensure SFMC enables omnichannel engagement, accelerates speed to market, and delivers high-quality member experiences. Your Knowledge and Experience

• 6 - 8 years of experience in Product Management, Management Consulting, or Entrepreneurship.

• Requires a BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, Public Health, or Information Technology.

• Graduate degree (e.g. MBA) is highly desirable.

• Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including administration, campaign execution, and roadmap ownership.

• Experience in Healthcare, payer, or regulated industries with understanding of compliance, privacy and data governance.

• Proven track record of cross-functional leadership, aligning technical and business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging both technical developers and executive business leaders.

• Salesforce certifications (i.e., SFMC Email Specialist, SFMC Consultant, and/or Data Cloud Consultant) is a plus.
