Overview:

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Director, Global Sales Tool Strategy & Operations to join our Sales Effectiveness and Enablement team. In this high-impact, global role, you will be the strategic lead for our sales technology ecosystem, ensuring our sales organization is equipped with the most effective and innovative tools to drive growth and productivity.
This role will be responsible for defining the long-term vision for our global sales tool stack, leading major M&A integration projects, and overseeing the operational excellence of our existing technologies. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the sales tech landscape, a proven track record of managing large-scale projects, and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Global Sales Tool Strategy:

  • Develop and own the multi-year global sales technology roadmap, aligning it with the company's strategic priorities and sales objectives.
  • Conduct market research and stay ahead of industry trends to identify and evaluate new sales technologies that can enhance our sales force's performance.

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Integration:

  • Lead the due diligence and integration strategy for sales tools during M&A activities, ensuring a seamless and efficient transition for acquired sales teams.
  • Develop and execute integration plans that consolidate technology platforms, minimize business disruption, and maximize the value of the acquired assets.
  • Partner with IT, Sales Operations, and other stakeholders to manage the technical and change management aspects of M&A integrations.

Tool Management & Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our global sales tools, from vendor selection and contract negotiation to deployment and adoption.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and ROI of our sales technology stack.
  • Support operational excellence and optimizing sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and user experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, IT, and Finance to ensure technology investments are aligned with business needs.
  • Act as a change agent, building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders to drive adoption of new technologies and processes.

Target Base Salary Range: $180,000.00 - $195,000.00

Basic Requirements
