Patient Service Representative Tempe, AZ \| Full-Time Join the team as a Remote Patient Service Representative and be the first point of contact for patients seeking compassionate, efficient, and professional care. What You'll Do: * Schedule & Register Appointments: * Coordinate patient visits and provide accurate information on locations, hours, and services. * Manage Communications: * Handle high volumes of calls, emails, and faxes with precision and professionalism. * Support New Patients: * Guide new members through available services and provider options. * Track Referrals & Authorizations: * Keep patients informed about the status of their medical referrals and approvals. * Follow Protocols: * Use phone scripts, decision trees, and scheduling criteria to ensure patients are routed appropriately. * Communicate Exam Prep: * Deliver clear instructions for pre-procedure requirements to patients and referring providers. * Send Accurate Provider Communications: * Ensure timely and complete messaging to physicians and healthcare teams.
