*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage and optimize our M365 environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, a passion for automation, and a collaborative mindset. You'll be responsible for maintaining core services, supporting integrations, and ensuring compliance across our cloud infrastructure. *Key Responsibilities:* Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Azure AD. Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and system management. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements. Manage user accounts, permissions, and licensing across M365 and Azure AD. Support data integrations and reporting using SQL Server and related tools. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enforce compliance and security policies. Assist with migrations, upgrades, and implementation of new M365 features. Provide Tier 3 support for M365-related incidents and service requests. Document procedures, configurations, and best practices. *Required Qualifications:* 3-5+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 environments. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration. Solid understanding of SQL and experience with SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, reporting). Familiarity with Azure AD, Intune, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint. Experience in a healthcare or regulated environment is a plus. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. *Preferred Skills:* Experience with compliance frameworks (HIPAA, NIST, etc.). Knowledge of Microsoft Purview or other data governance tools.
