TEKsystems is partnering with a leading healthcare services provider to hire Benefit Specialists who will support patients in accessing complex medications. This role combines customer service, insurance navigation, and data accuracy to ensure patients receive timely support and clear communication throughout their treatment journey. Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calls to clarify insurance benefit details * Perform benefit investigations using provided scripts and tools * Manage inbound inquiries regarding application status and documentation * Record findings and update case notes in the system Required Qualifications * Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes * 1 year Call center experience with strong customer service skills * High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel experience preferred * Adaptable, empathetic, and comfortable in fast-paced environments Preferred * Experience with pharmaceutical benefit verification Why TEKsystems * Access to top-tier clients and long-term career opportunities * Supportive team environment with performance-driven culture * Training and development to grow your professional skillset Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
