Business Systems Analyst, Senior - Short Term Employment

Your Role

The Corporate Security and Safety team is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a deep understanding of security technology systems and operations. The Business Systems Analyst, Senior will report to the Director of Corporate Security. In this role you will, you will serve as a key partner in advancing the organization's physical security infrastructure through technology-driven solutions. You will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation, integration, and optimization of enterprise-wide security systems. Your contributions will directly support life safety, compliance, and operational continuity across all business units.

This is a Short Term Employment opportunity that has the ability to be employed for no longer than 3 years, with the potential for full-time.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Requires at least 5 years of prior relevant experience

• Requires experience with physical security systems, alarm monitoring platforms, and life safety technologies

• Requires strong understanding of API development and system integration best practices

• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SMP, Jira) desired

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills desired

• Certification in systems architecture, security technologies, or business analysis (e.g., CISSP, CBAP) desired
