As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be supporting REMS (Risk Evaluation & Mitigation Strategies)-Oncology medication orders, working closely with your team, the team Lead, SME and Supervisor, as well as other teams and Leaders as necessary. Through your hard work, you will maintain a high level of customer service, maximize productivity and time management, and focus on your drive to achieve. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Work Schedule:

  • 40-hour work week Monday-Friday
  • Must have flexible availability to work between the hours of 5:00am-5:00pm PST/6:30am-7:00pm CST/7:30am-8:00pm EST Monday through Friday and support Overtime when required per business needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Completing dispense confirmation on REMS-Oncology medication orders
  • Scheduling delivery of medication orders
  • Placing outbound calls Resolving issues on orders
  • Working on the team's email mailbox and chats.

Required Qualifications:

  • Current REMS-Oncology certification
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 2+ years of Specialty IRIS experience
  • Basic level of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (OneNote, Outlook, Teams, Excel)
  • Flexible availability to work between the hours of 5:00am-5:00pm PST/6:30am-7:00pm CST/7:30am-8:00pm EST Monday through Friday and support overtime when required per business needs

*All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.74 to $31.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
