Production Manager Trainee - $20/hr + Monthly Bonus

The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced production managers to learn the ins and outs of the production process, from raw materials to finished products.

This position requires to be open for relocation in the Mid-Atlantic region at any time after the 8 to 12 months of training with company relocation assistance.

Spend time in each department and perform tasks from all aspects of the production process.

Train with tools and machinery, such as but not limited to, nail guns, saws, presses, and forklifts.

Treat all employees with respect while learning the requirements and professionalism of being manager.

Understanding of MVP, MiTek, Shop Net, and basic computer skills.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information to others both one-on-one and in group situations.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions; deal with problems involving a few concrete variables and standardized situations.
