Description and Requirements Sr. Industrial Engineer Location: Whitsett, North Carolina Job Type: Regular Full-time Education: Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent (preferred Masters) Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Industrial Engineer to lead optimization of industrial and manufacturing processes in Server Manufacturing to improve efficiency, productivity, and safety while reducing costs. They mentor Jr. Engineers, develop project plans, and collaborate with other departments to implement changes and ensure projects adhere to budgets and schedules. Ideal candidates will work with minimal direct supervision and will concurrently handle and prioritize many responsibilities within the Manufacturing Operations.
