Job Summary Who you are: The ExecutiveProductionChef will be responsible for ensuring Union Square events and is the key choice for service, culinary and hospitality. This role will be responsible for leading the commissaryproduction. This role will manage a team of sous chefs and supervisors in theproductionof food with a strong lens for Excellence and business acumen. The ability to motivate the team, collaborate with leaders and support the business unit's needs is paramount to success. Confident in presenting and collaborating with key stakeholders. Working as a Senior Executive Chefwill allow you the opportunity to work with GREAT people like yourself! The purpose of this job is to lead culinary operations in all areas of a unit insuring trend, efficient, safe and sanitary foodproduction.
